My name is Olivia Genest, and I hail from Montréal, Canada. My foray into the opulent realm of perfumery began just a few years ago, serendipitously, amidst the quietude imposed by the pandemic. It was during lockdown that my fascination with fragrances took root—diving into this wonderful, labyrinthine journey of olfactory self-discovery. What started as a stroll through the vast harmony of designer and clone concoctions quickly burgeoned into an illustrious anthology of over 800 scents, marking a resolute quest for olfactive artistry. My moment of epiphany arrived with my inaugural encounter with a bottle of niche perfume, altering my scentsory course ever since; a return to the bygone days of naivety, now unfathomable. In this narrative arc, I present you not just an encyclopedic summa of my parfumistic marvels but rather a piece of my evolving soliloquy. I hope you’ll find my path of gusted narrations, intermingling and diffracting personal and outre space, of kindred spirit or intuitive wandering.
